Amaury leads and manages the CBRE Europe, Middle East and Africa Industrial and Logistics business comprising more than 300 people in 26 countries. In 2014, the Industrial and Logistics teams advised occupiers and landlords in 3.8m sq.m. of leasing transaction, and drove €5.7bn of capital market trade between investors.

He won the 2014 CBRE GCS Global Recognition Award for Lease Management and Administration, Broker Collaboration Award.

Neil´s presentation will focus on the strategic pillars in detail that drive e-Commerce growth and how these specifically apply to your brands and business. In this session, Neil will talk about his experience at Amazon, including sharing the secrets of how to ship small-inexpensive items for a profit, and focus on the importance of the customer experience now and in the future. The goal is for attendees to be able to utilize these pillars as soon as they go back to work to use as guidepost in their e-Commerce execution and planning.

Neil Ackerman is the Global e-Commerce Director for Mondelēz International, one of the world's largest snacks companies with power brands such as Oreo, Milka, Cadbury's, Nabisco and Trident. He is focused on the combination of supply chain, data analytics and technology infrastructure

Prior to this role, Neil was the General Manager of Fulfillment By Amazon Small and Light focused on product management and strategic invention at Amazon.com. He holds numerous US patents and is the inventor and business leader behind the 2014 global launch of the Amazon Small and Light Supply Chain Program. He has been quoted and written about in WSJ, Bloomberg, CNBC and numerous highly selective international publications. Neil is a winner of numerous leadership awards including the prestigious Amazon.com "Just Do It" Award. A graduate of University of Richmond, UVA and MIT, he holds a PMP, MBA and MS.

Sean Culey (SCOR-P, FCILT) is a member of the European Leadership Team of the APICS Supply Chain Council and a recognised business transformation expert from the UK

He spent six years as CEO of business consultancy ‘SEVEN’, delivering improvement programmes for BAE Systems, Warburtons and Kubota, and has also been a Principal at global consultancy Solving Efeso, delivering Value Chain transformations for Saint Gobain, BAE Systems and Greene King. Sean also spent a decade working for Cadbury Schweppes, including 7 years as the Global Design Authority on what was the world’s largest SAP implementation. Prior for this he worked for Sony, Redland Bricks, Dunlop Oil & Marine and Smith & Nephew. He is also a Certified SCOR trainer. He is also an expert at developing and delivering compelling Customer Value Propositions.

Sean is a frequent keynote speaker around the world, as well as the author of articles published in magazines such as The World Financial Review, The European Business Review and The Chief Executive Officer. He currently has two books in development; ‘Transition Point. Revolution, Evolution or Endgame’ due late 2016, and his next book ‘Becoming Great (and staying there): Developing the Aligned, Innovative and Engaged Organisation’ is due 2017.

Sylvain Laval

Sylvain Laval has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. He has experience in strategic and financial planning, site negotiation and acquisition, project development and management, leasing and construction, as well as facility, property and asset management. He received his Masters Degree in International Business in his native France from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in 1995, and worked for Castorama and Lendlease before becoming Director of Real Estate for IKEA Italy in 2000. He then worked as Managing Director for IKEA Retail Management in the USA, and as Property & Expansion Manager at IKEA Ibérica for Spain and Portugal.

Mr. Laval has been based in Malmö, Sweden as the Group Real Estate and Development Manager for IKEA for over 4 years. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Pablo Gomez

Since 2007 Pablo Gomez is the Managing Director of FM Logistic, Iberia. Since 2012 he has been a member of the Global Executive Comitee Since 2015, Innovation Group. In his prior roles he spent 15 years as a consultant in A.T. Kearney and as the Vicepresident in Madrid Office. His experience also include 4 years in DHL operations responsible for Iberia. Pablo has studied environmental engineering at Politechnic university in Madrid and he also holds MBA from IESE in Barcelona.

As Executive Development Director for Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Senior Lecturer, Mike works with leading global companies to design and develop Senior Management Development programmes, as well as directly supporting the development of individual senior company personnel. As a supply chain specialist, Mike engages in consultancy projects with organisations across a broad spectrum of industries. He also advises SME's on supply chain management. He speaks regularly at conferences and lectures at a number of academic institutions across Europe and Asia. Mike's special areas of interest include sustainability, reverse logistics, third party logistics, supply chain collaboration and integration, inventory management, time compression; lean and waste elimination and supply chain costing techniques.

John Thornhill

John was appointed the Innovation Editor on February 2016. Prior to that John has been the deputy editor at the Financial Times since September 2012. He was appointed Financial Times’ news editor, based in London on the main news desk, in January 2009. Prior to this he spent four years in Paris as the editor of the European edition of the Financial Times. Joining the FT in 1988 as a graduate trainee, Thornhill has been the Paris bureau chief, world news editor, Asia editor, Moscow bureau chief and a Lex columnist.

John founded and runs the FT's 125 executive forum, which holds monthly meetings for senior executives from a range of industries. Previous speakers have included Bill Gates, Jack Dorsey, Ana Botin, and Mark Carney.

In his spare time, John is a keen cyclist and plays chess. He also takes his long-suffering son to support Sunderland football club.

In his presentation, Gustav will introduce the attendees to the world of interaction between humans and artificial intelligence in a popular scientific form is not easy. The greatest breakthroughs have always concerned the interaction between humans and technology, be it interaction through a graphic screen by Steve Jobs or Windows by Bill Gates. What is emerging now is the most natural interface that you can imagine – understanding of human speech. And here, at this level, the meaning of the word robot, invented by Czech writer Karel Čapek, is completely changing! What can we expect? Either you will change the world, or the world will change you! As a dialogue is a social, rather than a psychological phenomenon, the current METILA® robotic brain can already communicate and understand with people in human speech. During a dialogue, METILA® understands humans very well. This artificial intelligence has been the brain of humanoid robots for several years and is able to manage teams and push them towards higher performance in the training and education process.

During postgraduate research study Gustav Mistrík studied the use of artificial intelligence with a special focus on human-robot cooperation. He created REBECCA, the first on-line automatic banking system, which has been implemented in three Czech and foreign banks and in companies providing consumer loans throughout Europe, Asia and Indonesia. With the arrival of the new millennium, after selling the joint stock company to a German multinational, he started his own technology incubator, acting as the investor. One of his activities was developing the METILA® neural network, an artificial robotic brain. METILA® is used by customers from the financial, healthcare and automotive industries. To meet the new requirements concerning the use of artificial intelligence with respect to humans and to hold a dialogue between humans and machines, he graduated from the HR Management programme at Cornell University (USA) in 2014. To support his global activities, he started the investment company People Global, Ltd. in the UK. In 2015, he connected the METILA® artificial brain and innovative technologies of the NAO and ALPHA humanoid robots. In 2016, he has been working on connecting other technological avatars under the project entitled “The Internet of Things with the METILA® Robot”.
